• Sign up for an account at The SM Store website, have your email address verified, and log in with your credentials.
• Fill out your profile, especially your contact number and delivery address.
• Visit the Call to Deliver catalog page, add items to cart, and select a servicing branch before checking out.
• Wait for a branch representative to contact you to confirm your order and discuss payment and delivery options.
• Pick up your items at designated in-store locations, or have them delivered to your home for an additional fee of P100 or via a third-party courier service.



Submission of the following information gives consent to THE SM STORE, its affiliates and its service group to collect, use, store or otherwise process your personal data to verify, complete and deliver your purchase from said Company. Submission means you agree to the use of said data for analytics and commercial or marketing purposes; and agree to receive corporate communications from the Company and to the sharing of your information with its service providers who will deliver the items to your designated location.

HOW TO ORDER VIA HOTLINE:

• See our catalog page and select your preferred servicing branch to see the branch's contact information.
• Select the items you want to order or inquire about any other item you might need.
• Contact your preferred The SM Store branch during operating hours, or the Call to Deliver hotline (09178001074) daily from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
• Send the following information:
  1. Full name
  2. Mobile number
  3. Order/s (brand, type, and/or variant) with quantity of pieces
• A branch representative will get in touch with you regarding order confirmation, payment, and delivery.

HOW TO PAY:

The following modes of payment will be accepted:

• Cash on delivery (COD)
• Card-present transaction
• Online payment via Ipay88

The SM Store will never ask for your credit, debit, and bank account details. Please report any suspicious activity to your local police department or cybercrime authority.

What are the item/s that can be ordered?
All essential items available at The SM Store may be ordered. If there are items you wish to purchase that are not in the catalog, please get in touch with The SM Store branch near you to check availability.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
There will be no minimum purchase requirement for customers.

What time can I order item/s?
You can order your essentials during your preferred servicing branch's operating hours. However, order processing may vary depending on quarantine regulations in your area. Also starting May 16, 2020, there will be a 4:00 PM cutoff for Call to Deliver orders in select stores. Orders placed beyond this hour will be confirmed the next day.

When will the item/s be delivered?
We are committed to delivering your essentials in the fastest time possible. Please be advised that delivery time may vary depending on quarantine regulations in your area.

How much is the delivery fee?
The SM Store will charge a flat rate delivery fee of P100 starting May 1, 2020.

Customers can also have their items shipped via a third-party service. However, customers will need to shoulder the fees stated on the app.

Will I be able to earn points for delivery transactions using my SMAC?
Yes. Members and cardholders of the following loyalty programs may earn points for delivery transactions:

• All SMAC types
• All SMAC Prestige types
• All BDO Rewards types
• Baby Company MOM Card
• The Body Shop Love Your Body Card
• Supplies Station SSI Card
• All PRiMO Card types
