CALL TO DELIVER
As a way of saying thank you, we’re giving away exciting rewards when you collect e-stamps from December 1, 2021 to January 15, 2022 via SM’s Call to Deliver! Earn one (1) e-stamp for every P500 in a single-receipt purchase made via Call to Deliver, and redeem exciting rewards!
1. Register using your mobile number on https://www.rewards.thesmstore.com.
2. Fill out your name, mobile number, and email address. A one-time pin (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number for verification.
3. Enter the OTP and create your password. Once successful, a confirmation page will appear.
4. Once registered, you may now scan your receipt via the website to start earning e-stamps!
- Registered participants can earn e-stamps by making purchases at any The SM Store - Call to Deliver branch in the Philippines, and scanning the transaction receipt (the “Receipt”) at the Call to Deliver Collect e-stamps section of https://www.rewards.thesmstore.com.
- E-stamps will be earned based on the amount of purchase at any Call to Deliver branch at the rate of one (1) e-stamp for every Five Hundred Pesos (P500.00) in a single-receipt purchase. E-stamps may not be earned in fractional amounts or by accumulating receipts with less than P500.00 worth of purchase. The maximum number of e-stamps that a customer can earn within the promo period is 500.
- E-stamps shall only be awarded to qualified / valid Call to Deliver transactions made between December 1, 2021 until January 15, 2022. The SM Store Call to Deliver reserves the right not to issue e-stamps or deduct e-stamps if invalid or disqualified receipts were scanned.

a. Rewards redeemed may be picked up by registered participant or may be delivered via Call to Deliver.
b. For Rewards delivery, delivery fees (depending on the delivery address of registered participation) shall apply.
2. To redeem a reward, registered participant must check the rewards page to see rewards available, and choose which reward will be redeemed. If there are enough e-stamps collected by the registered participant, “Redeem Now” button will be shown. Participants will be instructed to click the button and redeem the prize by contacting a personal shopper from The SM Store’s Call to Deliver of the participant’s preferred branch. Redemption is until February 14, 2022. Upon clicking the “Confirm” button, a unique voucher code will be generated. Participant will be instructed to take a screenshot of the voucher code and send it to personal shopper to use it, otherwise, code will not be accepted.
3. Number of e-stamps used for redemption will be deducted from the e-stamps collection page of registered participant automatically. Participant may continue to earn or collect e-stamps even after redemption of a reward.
4. Subject to the Terms and Conditions of The SM Store Call to Deliver, registered participants may contact a Call to Deliver personal shopper through the following channels:

- The SM Store’s Call to Deliver hotline: #143SM
- Personal shopper’s mobile number (for existing Call to Deliver customers)
Registered participants may also proceed to The SM Store’s website: www.thesmstore.com to check out items they can shop and instructions how to get in touch with a personal shopper.
5. If participants mistakenly press “Redeem Now”, or cannot redeem the prize within the designated time after pressing the “Redeem Now” button on the redemption details page, it will result to disqualification and the reward will be forfeited.
6. All rewards redeemed by registered participant will be shown in the rewards history, but the unique voucher code per reward will not be shown, so it’s important for registered participants to take a screenshot of the voucher code when they confirm redemption.
7. Screenshots of rewards voucher should not be shared with anyone except with the personal shopper. In case of loss of redemption code or page/link, it will not be replaced or reissued.
8. The reward cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. In the event that chosen reward is not available in the preferred branch due to stock issues, customer can either choose among the available featured items under the same tier presented by personal shopper, or choose another branch where item is available. The SM Store and prize suppliers shall not be responsible for any consequences due to the redemption or use of the prizes.
1. All information of participant shall be based on registration and cannot be changed thereafter, unless an updated version requiring information update is released.
2. Any faulty, duplicate and incomplete information will result to disqualification. If winners cannot receive SMS for OTP or access the redemption details page or cannot redeem the prize due to any fake, incomplete or incorrect information provided for the Promo, The SM Store shall bear no responsibility.
3. This Promo only accepts Philippine-issued mobile phone number with voice and SMS function, if the mobile phone number does not carry voice or SMS function or the registered phone number is not in use, invalid or changed during redemption, it will result to disqualification.
5. In accessing and using the Platform, participant agrees to:
a. do so only for lawful purposes;
b. ensure that all information or data provided in the Platform are accurate and agree to take sole responsibility for such information and data;
c. be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account information and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under his/her account, whether such activity is authorized or not. Participant should notify us immediately if he/she has knowledge that or has reason for suspecting that the confidentiality of his/her account has been compromised or if there has been any unauthorized use thereof.
d. not try to attempt to try to interrupt or harm the Platform, its operations, services, facilities or software in any manner;
e. not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent his/her affiliation with any person or entity; and
f. not use or upload any material that contains, or which he/she has reason to suspect contains viruses, worms, trojan horses, spyware, adware, damaging components, malicious code or harmful or disruptive components which may impair or corrupt the Platform’s data or damage or interfere with the operation of the Platform.
6. Participant understands and accepts that The SM Store has no legal or other liabilities if any winners are unable to enjoy any prizes for whatever reason/s or if any winners suffer from any personal injuries or property losses or damages during his or her enjoyment of any prize for whatever reason/s.
7. Participant’s access and use of the Platform and our services are for his/her personal use and made voluntarily, at his/her own risk. Participant fully understands and agrees that the services, materials, information, software, facilities and all other content featured on this Platform are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, The SM Store, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates or partners or our/their respective directors, officers, shareholders and agents disclaim all representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The SM Store does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials, information, software, facilities, services or other content in the Platform will not infringe the rights of others and The SM Store assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in such materials, information, software, facilities, services or other content in the Platform or any other website. Participant agrees that The SM Store does not warrant that the information transmitted through the Platform will be secured and may be accessed, used, disclosed, disseminated, distributed, copied any unauthorized third party without our prior written consent. Neither advice nor information, oral or written, obtained from The SM Store or through the Platform, will create any warranty of any kind.
8. Participant agrees that The SM Store, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates or partners, or its/their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees and agents will not be responsible or liable for any ordinary, direct, consequential, incidental, special, punitive or exemplary damages or any other losses or liabilities arising out of (a) the use or inability to use the Platform; (b) decision made, action or inaction taken by any party in reliance upon the contents of the Platform; (c) business interruption; (d) delay/interruption in access to the Platform; (e) data non-delivery, misdelivery, corruption, destruction or other modification; (f) computer viruses, system failures or malfunctions in connection with the use of the Platform; or (g) any delays, inaccuracies, errors in or omissions in the content of the Platform.
9. The Platform may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. The SM Store therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
10. All information and content available in the Platform, including but not limited to, trademarks, logos, service marks, features, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, and the compilation and organization thereof (collectively, the “Content”) are the property of The SM Store or the property of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or licensors, and are protected by international laws governing copyrights and trademarks. Except as required under applicable law, neither the Content nor any portion of the Platform may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose without The SM Store’s express, prior written consent. Nothing contained in the Platform grants or should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademarks, trade names, service marks or logos displayed on the Platform, without The SM Store’s written permission or such third party owner, as may be applicable.
11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
12. These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice. Participant should check this page periodically to see any recent changes to these Terms and Conditions. By continuing to access this Platform or use any of our Call to Deliver services after we post any such changes, you agree to the updated Terms and Conditions.
