How to Order

• Speak to a representative via  Facebook Messenger to place your orders.
• Send the following information:
1. Full Name
2. Mobile number
3. Order/s (brand, type, and/or variant) with quantity of pieces
4. SMAC or SMAC Prestige number (if applicable, to earn points)
• A personal shopper will get in touch with you regarding order confirmation, payment, and delivery.

• Cash On Delivery (COD)
• Card-present transaction
• Online payment via iPay88:
• Credit card
• Debit card
• Bank deposit/transfer
• Digital Wallets (GCash, GrabPay, Paymaya)

What are the item/s that can be ordered?
Please check out our catalog for a list of featured items and best-sellers that you can order. If there’s anything you need that’s not in the catalog, just let your personal shopper know and we’ll help you shop for it.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
There is no minimum purchase requirement for customers.

What time can I order item/s?
Ordering hours may vary per branch, but for majority of the stores, ordering may be done from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. 

When will the item/s be delivered?
Orders placed and paid within the cut-off period of the branch will be delivered the same day. All orders placed and paid beyond the same-day delivery cut-off, but within the store’s operating hours will be delivered the next day!

How much is the delivery fee?
The SM Store will charge a flat rate delivery fee of P120 for regular and gift orders made via The SM Store Personal Shopper and with delivery addresses within the serviceable area [within 10km radius] of the branch. For gift deliveries beyond the serviceable area, a flat rate delivery fee of P200 will be charged. For inter-island, inter-province, oversized, or bulk order deliveries, actual delivery fee may vary depending on quantity and location.

 Aside from the in-house delivery service provided by The SM Store, customers can also have their items shipped via a third-party service. However, customers will need to shoulder the fees stated on the app.

Can I have gifts delivered via The SM Store Personal Shopper?
You can! Simply mention to your personal shopper that you’ll be sending out gifts and provide needed details such as name and address of the receiver. For bulk gift orders, however, there’s a cut-off time of 4:00 PM daily to ensure we’ll be able to deliver your gifts to their respective recipients on time. Orders placed beyond these cut-off schedules will be confirmed the next day.

Will I be able to earn points for delivery transactions using my SMAC?
Yes. Members and cardholders of the following loyalty programs may earn points for delivery transactions:

• All SMAC types
• All SMAC Prestige types
• Baby Company MOM Card
• The Body Shop Love Your Body Card
• Supplies Station SSI Card
• All PRiMO Card types
