RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Items bought from THE SM STORE may be returned/exchanged within 30 days from purchase date provided the item/s is accompanied with proof of purchase, in their original packaging with hang tags and complete accessories.
  • Intimate apparel or items (e.g. underwear, socks, stockings, earrings, etc.) may not be returned or exchanged for hygienic and sanitary reasons.
  • Consumable items may be returned/exchanged provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and sealed, accompanied with proof of purchase.

  • For items allowed for return/exchange, a Customer Credit Voucher is issued, valid for 30 days at any THE SM STORE and must be consumed in full upon presentation for payment.
  • Selected item/s for exchange may be of the same or higher value as the item/s being returned. The price difference must be paid. If Credit Voucher is not utilized in full, it is understood that customer waives excess amount.
  • Items received as gifts whether via Call to Deliver, SM Gift Registry, or in-store purchase can be returned or exchanged for a different size, color, or item by presenting the gift receipt. Gift returns and exchanges may be facilitated at any The SM Store branch.
